Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and item availability. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Rest assured, we monitor all shipments closely to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping options to suit your budget:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more (up to $9999)

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Some remote locations or regions with customs restrictions may not be serviceable. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. This allows you to monitor your package's journey in real-time through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather events, or carrier issues. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please first track your package using the provided information. Customs & Import Duties

SmartZon cannot predict or reimburse these charges, nor can we declare packages as gifts to avoid fees.
